Hello everyone,
 I am not sure of your uses or beliefs on P2P or torrents but this is a little info I like to pass on whenever I can to try and help others to remain anon.  Back in the early days of these blocklist I belonged to a group that created an ip blocker that was called Protowall. Since then it has gone to the way side and I believe was merged or blended into the Peerblock or Peerguardian, not really sure so don't quote me on the merge's. 
 But as a lil helper to use along side your d/l's it's good to use an ipblocker that scans for the ip's that can take you down and it blocks them so you can remain on the anon side of things.
