Not sure if it counts as a hand-held, but it's very similar.

Tamagotchi when I was in like.. grade 1 LOL.

Mine was that one, but the see-through version, I sold it for $5, wish I didn't(I was like 5 when I did, even $1 was like 1 million Sad
