I'd say Nvidia cards will end up handling certain games much betters, and the same will go for AMD. Looking forward to see some actual game performance though to see if it holds up or if AMD does better in this card lineup.

This is actual game performance. It's based on a game that is made as neutrally to both cards as possible. It's not designed to benefit either manufacturer and is as close as we can possibly get to a perfect benchmarking game.

>All IHVs have had access to our source code for over year, and we can confirm that both Nvidia and AMD compile our very latest changes on a daily basis and have been running our application in their labs for months.
>Often we get asked about fairness, that is, usually if in regards to treating Nvidia and AMD equally? Are we working closer with one vendor then another? The answer is that we have an open access policy. Our goal is to make our game run as fast as possible on everyone’s machine, regardless of what hardware our players have.

Hmm, interesting. I was planning on buying a new card in a few months time once I get a new job, this time around I might be shopping for an AMD card. Haven't had an AMD card since the Radeon 7770.

Well fuck..I have 980's. Well, at least I still play a lot of games that will never be upgraded to DX12, so I'll still get better performance on those, but looks like AMD builds will shit fury all over mine.

I couldn't bring myself to remove the hood classic above, enjoy it as a time capsule.

Cool. I'm interested in how the Fury xt card performs in DX12.

The 390 is really good for the value. I wouldn't go for any of the fury cards at this moment
