I downgraded, upgraded, and reinstalled both flash and firefox, and reloaded and updated the keyboard drivers.
I'm not sure what the issue is, but it's only present in Firefox. That makes it a Firefox problem.

As for the tabs, Chrome does that as well. But so you really want to close the browser, wait for it all to "catch up", restart it, and wait for the tabs to load?
It's much faster to just remove the malfunctioning tab.

Your problem isn't Firefox its your flashplayer. Firefox seems lots more stable to me..Chrome has recently encountered a bug where it continuously crashes and I cannot re-install.... Nobody seems to know the fix but have said it will be addressed in an update soon. So at least for now FF it is.

I would say Chrome wins, I've been using it forever.

Firefox. Its addons are what sold it for me. Chrome just always asked me to sign up for Google+ and i have more then 1 google account for multiple websites, and its trying to link them all up. Don't really like that annoyance. Its fast, but not to my liking for "Personal".

Ahh well, we all prefer something different it seems. What I feel is strangest is that more users are using FF than Chrome globally?
