There was a very particular style of DDOS attack just now, it was mitigated.

Hey HC!!
As you for sure has seen, HC has been down...
Anybody know what happened??
And what did you do when you found out that HC was down??

Well, aside from the obvious. I believe Hack Community was having problems with their host which resulted in 1llusion changing the host. Though, now that we changed hosts we can not talk as "open" as we could on many "black hat" activities. I can't say I agree with some of the disallowed black hat activities as they're not even black hat. Example; DoS / DDoS discussions are now banned.

Yea agree! As long as the target isn't HC theres nothing to be worried about.

Well, it's not even "black hat" related really. It's nothing close to legit "black hat activity". That's my point of view on it, as it's a great topic that everyone should learn about. DoS / DDoS topics compared to carding.. Carding being the black hat activity.. Obviously DoS / DDoS isn't close to that.
