This is your friend, so I'd do this, find a way to meet this kid in person and tell him you're giving him two options either A) Bring the stuff back and you'll let it slide or B) You're going to whoop his ass with your friend and drag him to where the stuff is located. If you threaten him make sure it's Private and don't Call or Text him and that no one is around. Society needs to learn you can't just take people's shit and get away with it.
