As a female, I'd recommend just getting to know someone. Build up a relationship where you connect, have fun and don't put too much pressure on the relationship.

If you can relax around a woman, and she can relax around you and have a nice time, you're in with a much better chance.

Simply put, be attractive, but even then you won't have any girl you want. It's chemical. You can't deny primal instincts that decide for you whether you find someone attractive. You also can't defeat it. You can use it to your advantage by quickly learning whether a girl is interested in you by doing basic things, but I don't have time to explain. And it may not even be applicable if you're overvaluing your own attractiveness or social skills. Most women, though, will decide whether they want to sleep with you or even continue a conversation by simply making eye contact, which determines shyness, therefore confidence and social adeptness. Make eye contact, this is key in any conversation. But don't make it weird. Smile, relax, let the conversation naturally flow. Don't make it weird, don't use posture that makes you look guarded or as if you're trying to show dominance. Just be you, talk to people, practice with strangers even if you're uncomfortable.

To add to this - Don't assume a woman's instincts are the same as a man's.

There are certain things that can make men "attractive" more than physical appearance. I highly recommend researching some of the psychology behind it. I spent a brief period studying this in school and it was fascinating. I now notice when some of the theory and studies manifesting in situations observable to me.

I'd recommend looking for the woman you're actually supposed to be with, instead. Don't rely on cheap gimmicks, unless you're looking to become a pickup artist. There's no point in having a relationship if it lacks depth or you're incompatible. Do what you enjoy and you will meet others that have overlapping interests.
