Thanks. It's because this isn't a business, it's a community. I want people to come here and enjoy themselves and relax, post and be active when they choose to be, etc.

I barely know you, though I can tell a few things about you.

You seem to be rather calm and friendly, at least when it comes to your community. You also seem to have certain leader traits, as you are able to get a forum going and run it. ( For how long remains to be seen though, but I do think it will last for quite some time ) You also seem to have nothing against people pointing out mistakes in your work.

You learn from your mistakes. I have no problem with people helping me make this forum a better place for everyone.
I have leader experience and what not, yes. Military wise, so I use those traits to help me manage and work things in a certain order.

Military traits are always nice to have, but a friendly tip. Remember not to run a community like you would run a military squad. We are after all a community were everyone is equal ( I hope ) and an admin is nothing without his community. Same as a king is nothing without his people. : ))

Of course, I live by one easy quote and it has gotten me far in life. "Treat others on how you wish to be treated."

I have heard that quote through my entire life. Though I don't live by it, as I think that it sounds a little bit selfish. ( Personal opinion though ) I rather prefer this quote:

"Help others, not for the reward that you may receive, but for the heart which you've warmed."

I think you're doing a great job here, and it seems to me like you did a really good job of handling that one jerk-off who was doing a lot of complaining about your forum. I probably would have went off if it were me!!
