Mine has to be Mozilla Firefox.
Just 10 minutes ago I was a solid fan of Google Chrome but I realized how much ram it was consuming for just one YouTube tab and I found that outrageous.
So now, I have like 5 YouTube tabs running and still didn't hit the amount of ram Chrome was consuming for one single YouTube tab.

Iceweasel if I'm running linux, other than that it's firefox.

Chromium (basically google chrome). Love it, fast and simple for idiots like me.
