I had a trained pure bred many years ago and It had a remarkable sense of Intelligence. Also was a very good watchdog.

My pet is a12 year old King Shepard

Nice. Actually being 12 years old, he/she Is doing well. I believe the breed's life expectancy Is around that age.

Ever since I saw one in a book my favorite animal has been the penguin, I tend not to be picky, but I do prefer the Galapagos penguin. (maybe because you can actually see them at the zoo, I dunno.)

Oh and damn it @Slacker they already think we are the same guy LOL.

I'm going to have to go with emus - I've had them around the house my whole life, they're completely massive birds, they're really entertaining/just a lot of fun to have around 95% of the time, and for the last 5% of the time they're really good at kicking things even though those "things" are generally my sides.

Second has to go to the ruffed grouse... always liked those things as even if they're some of the most chunky birds you can find they're just a lot of fun.
