Staff member: Yeah, he registered a month ago but he proved to us that he can handle situation professionally and maturely. He stood out more than some members hence why he was picked. 

Theme: Yes, the theme is coming out soon. I've provided screenshots before which have been posted here. It's hard to work on the theme when it's holiday time and we spend time with family. I'm not giving a date that the theme will be released by because we're not sure what else we can add. 

Credits: Exact same as the theme, it's hard to work on it. Mayo mainly is the only one who does plugins so it takes time for him to do it by himself. He has to double check that everything is secure and that there is no exploits. 

Upgrades: You're not obliged by us to upgrade anyone, don't want to? Don't. We're not forcing you, only the community.
