Edit: I noticed it was a bulk order so I doubt it would've taken a week regardless of the situation. It's July 27th here so hopefully it all goes well and you don't have to call your bank.

He was vouched in here, it was 2 laptops, he made sure to tell me process guaranteed within a week...or else i wouldn't bother

This seems to be quiet for now. It could've only led to 2 things. Either he got what he paid for or has already contacted his bank both ways didn't care after.

Chiming in that I paid Faceboook about $700 for Bose SE that he said would "take a couple days" and it's been 2 weeks now. Vulva vouched for him beforehand. Doesn't respond on Discord.
