Hopefully, this Is a positive move for Facebook.

Given the magnitude of their privacy Issues, they certainly need It.

The internet company who keeps the most track of its users is creating an "anonymous currency"... Sounds legit to me.

It's more like a SYD (Steal Your Data Coin)
Facebook... enough said. I won't touch it. For the same reasons I won't go near Gemini.

How could this possibly be a positive move for Facebook, the coin itself is a centralized corporate coin.
The only way I see this unfolding into something positive is if it's fully backed by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal and tied to a number of currencies. In that case could be one of the best currencies to own in terms of security and stability! Well, assuming it’s done right.

It will be interesting to see if this takes off as the cryptocurrency for everyone.

Think about It from a logical standpoint.

If It Is to have a significant negative Impact on Facebook, they (Facebook) wouldn't be collaborating via their own volition.

That's what they believe. However like I said before, this could turn out to be one of the best currencies to own in terms of security and stability. That's, if they make it right.
