I recently got a paypal donation of 350 because the guy i got it from was limited. Now my PayPal is locked and need security verification and I need to put the etrade bank account number that was linked to it. The guy who verified it was on forumkorner and forum korner is fucked so how the hell do i get this 350 dollars out of my paypal?

If you did the eTrade method you're fucked. You could always explain to them that its not your account, but you're brothers and he's out, but before he left he told you to call them, and he wont be back for a coupla days since he's gone to (some country) for work.
