Anyone have experience with this new company?

I was trying to use it and it kinda like tried to hide its own application on my desktop, and then told my I couldn't end the process in task manager because I didn't have enough "Privileges" too do so. So I restarted my computer and ran in Safe Mode and it had completely hidden itself inside my desktop "HOW THE H*LL." So I downloaded the application again and replaced it with the one I downloaded and it was able to replace a file that APPARENTLY wasn't hidden but not there. After words I deleted the downloaded one, and now I have no clue WTF just happened... :Ambivalent:
Is this infected or can it not run on a Computer that I have?
Computer: HP All-In-ONE Omini
