What is Arcane.cfg's Anonymous Email Client .NET BETA?
- It is a free and simple application created by Arcane.cfg which enables users to send emails from any E-mail address of your choice to any other E-mail address without having access to either of the E-mail accounts.

He probably uses captcha because he doesn't want it used as a bomber :p
Its probably hosted on his website server, and doesn't want it abused and slowed down.
