U cannot use @facebook for both sender n receiver because, Facebook knows its own mail servers n stuff.
Thats what i think.
moreover do not use a subject title.

type in the person's facebook user id@facebook.com and press enter.
u shud see the available recovery options.
The email address there should look like (first letter)xxxxxx(last letter)@email.com
U need to do a bit of guessing.
I did benefit from this trick twice.
Guys, i dunno about any other free email spoof site.
But,
www.anonymailer.net is pretty good for testing. its free to test. but it sends a banner with its name in the email.
some basic subscription does remove that banner.
check it if u want.
