1st tell: "alright so ive never played this game but this mod is the tits. you can do whatever you want with it. its a good time for sure." Never played the game, so how would he know how mods even work for minecraft. Also wanted to share a mod for a game he never played so much, that he signed up on a forum to post a thread about it and never returned...

2nd tell: minecraft_mod.exe? Aren't minecraft mods .jars?

Nothing adds up with this. I bet the virus scan is whatever file before he infected it (most likely).
I just don't see someone who has never played the game joining the forum never to come back just to post/advertise a legit minecraft mod that isn't even his; Doesn't happen...
