OP. A staff member is a staff member. Doesn't matter what status they have. Lets say you ran a small bussiness based around making waffles, then you would have the faggot that makes the waffle sauce, the retard burning them on a fire and the idiot that sells them. You would reffer to them as staff members. Not Sauce-fag, Burning-retard or sales-idiot.
