Ebola outbreak? #1
Hello guys as I think you already know the Ebola one of the deadliest virus up to 90% fatal of all other diseases. What do you think about this outbreak? At this point closing the borders and limiting travel to these countries would certainly be warranted. It's obviously spreading. Ebola IS NOT something you want to mess around with at least this is what I think.
And another thing, I am wondering, what could happen if it spreads to Europe or America.

Regards and sorry for my bad english Smile

Well we don't have any vaccenes so far, there is no cure for Ebola. So if you don't have strong Immune system you die in 3 days after infection :S

With the advances in medical technology and the fact that the CDC exists I don't think the human race would end.

I think this is incredibly interesting; as I've got friends working field with this.
I hope, however, that it'll stay in a geographically isolated area. IT's when people travel that things get worse.

OP: Your English is improving; good to see that ^^

Well that truly is interesting. I agree with you and it should stay in geographically isolated area as you said, because with air traffic would spread in few days all over the world.
and in my opinion also the "doctors without borders" should stay there for a little longer after examining infected people, and not returning home as they finish their work.
just my opinion.

That is very true.

They most certainly should, and the idea of having people there permanently is good.

thank you for agreeing with me. I know it's not human to demand the doctors who are exposed to deadly diseases to stay there in contaminated area, instead of returning home, to their families, but I still demand that they stay there for a little longer, so then can say if they are infected or not.
