E-Sports. Opinions? #1
Personally, I'm a big fan. I've been watching LoL Spring and Summer Spread as well as all-stars and I think it's awesome!
BUT! I want HC's opinion on whether E Sports is going to go big, be it War Thunder, League, Warcraft, whatever.
It's often the outcasts, the iconoclasts ... those who have the least to lose because they
don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.

I tried playing but it just didn't have the WoW factor that kept me interested. I think the last time I was really interested was in WoW pre Lich King and Warhammer. I loved the PVP in those games. Arena and PVP in WoW feels too scripted to me now. Back when it was fullscale world pvp and Alterac Valley Matches that lasted hours on end was when I found it most fun.

Are you a fan of watching teams go at it, though?

I do spend some time on Twitch watching all different sorts of games including E-Sports matches. They can be enjoyable to watch at times depending on how well both sides are matched. I rather see a close finish than a one sided victory. I will probably toy around with LOL again at some point and I plan to play through the next WoW expansion so maybe it may spark more interest. This week I will probably be lost to the Watch_Dogs release though.
