It's been a while since I've been staff on a MyBB forums so I can't recall how much information is actually available to the staff/admin when viewing a user. It is just IP/ISP or would the pc name and etc also appear?

For reference: Staff don't even have the level of access to info shown above, so far as I'm aware. That's pretty much admin access.

The Computer Name Is not logged and In terms of the OS, generally speaking, It's the browser's User Agent that leaks/discloses the operating system (as well as browser type, version and screen resolution). Both of which as @"Synthx" stated, are not defaulted to MyBB.

The Information relative to the IP, Is that of the ISP. They own your external/public/WAN IP address (not you), hence any Info collected via a WHOIS Lookup or otherwise, Is of the ISP Itself. Personal details about the end user operating the device behind the IP, Is not disclosed. That's kept within the confines of the ISP.
