I am Linux newbie, I installed Ubuntu 12.10 ( I use dualboot Windows 7&Ubuntu) so can someone tell me how should I install drivers for my PC.

Most hardware will run out of the box in Linux systems, for those that don't it will depend a lot on which hardware you are trying to get going.

Some like nvidea drivers can be installed from apt and some have to be installed from source, is there anything specific you need?

Regarding how to install Drivers on the Ubuntu side of things:
There is a GUI called Jockey-gtk and Jockey-common which is the frontend for installing needed drivers for Ubuntu.
Typing in the words "Additional Drivers" in Unity's dash should bring up the program as seen in the above screenshot.
There is where you'll find necessary drivers needing installation (if any).
Though by default Jockey automatically should start at every boot with a notification of available drivers needing installation (if any).
Apparently, if it hasn't, then your hardware may have all the necessary drivers already.
Check manually to verify be that as it may.

I install "Additional Drivers" but when I open it nothing is happening.
