000webhost doesn't secure my passwords, so no thanks.

x10 hosting doesn't accept my country, they're missing out.

You could use something like a raspberry pi? I also have a thin client that is dying somewhere in the corner, you could use that for SQL too, and a thin client costs about 15€ if you plan on buying one.

I have a raspberry pi 3. I might install Windows on it so I can run my bot (It is coded in C#, originally in JS)

Raspberry pi 3 should be fine. If it wasn't coded in C# I would recommend linux since it will be less heavy on resources.
