In my city there are a lot of officials who use there guns abusively & to scare innocent people and point guns at them. Last week my dad and someone from my moms work place pointed guns at each other. Sad And I didn't knew about it until that morning, it happened just in front of the house. I was busy browsing CnC. :\

Oh wow, what was the story behind that? If someone pointed a gun at me they had damn well better use it.
Don't talk about it, be about it.

If someone pointed a gun at me, I would just punch the gun in a correct position and pick it up and rape him like a horse.

"Gun politics have only become a notable issue in Australia since the 1980s. Low levels of violent crime through much of the 20th century kept levels of public concern about firearms low. In the last two decades of the century, following several high profile multiple murders and a media campaign, the Australian government co-ordinated more restrictive firearms legislation with all state governments.

As of 2007 about 5.2% of Australian adults (765,000 people) own and use firearms for purposes such as hunting, controlling feral animals, collecting, and target shooting"

Just took this from Wikipedia regrading, gun politics in Australia. Now I realized something, that is a big number. But what if they were actually criminals or gangsters whatsoever? I would ask the same question to America as well. Because the gun politics is a very controversial issue in American politics. :/

Look at the purposes listed in your quote.

Crime and even self defense aren't listed there, so that statistic is comprised of law abiding citizens. There are plenty of illegal guns in Australia.

I don't really understand what happened, because my parents don't want me to get involve. All I know is it's about stickers from a campaign for the election. Yeah I know stupid right? The guy started getting angry because other people don't want him to put stickers on the gates of their houses since it's private property.

Just like what PaNiK said. Guns aren't the problem, people are. You don't see a fucking gun shooting itself do you?
