We do virus scans on anything and everything in this Community because you can never be too safe and security is best in class for Members here.
Yet as you said, the download link for that specific file is secure because it was scanned and also because that link directly to the file is secure.
P.S.-It's spelled Facebook and Youtube just to give you a heads up.
