I do not read.
I can't find the inner peace to just sitting down reading.
I guess it reminds me a little too much about school, I don't know.
I can read blackhat/money making/seo ebooks and such though, but they're like 25 pages.

That is because you have not encountered with books close to your interest which is normal. If you read Monetizing eBooks or Hacking related eBooks it's because you feel that they are useful to you in a way, as for a normal book you do find it boring and useless.
Not true about the monetizing ebooks, since they all include the same bullshit. However, I get your point and I guess that's also a factor.
I simply don't enjoy it since I haven't found anything I like to read.

I am always reading a book. Usually political, historical, or alternative history books.

I read books, obviously. The last book I've read is "World War Z".
