Do you pay taxes on sold refunded items? #1
Hey guys, just wondering If any of you pay taxes or declare your sold refunded items. This new EU law DAC 7 got me spooked Sad

I normally underdeclare them, some get stopped some don't. If they do get stopped I forge an Amazon or the store receipt I got it from and change the value to what I declared and it normally works.

In the UK they have started threatening us with taxes if you sell over £1,000 per year, however I think it will be put in place next year.

One easy workaround is to register your Ebay account to one of your relatives living abroad somewhere - if you are lucky to have that option. Some unemployed grandmother living in Albania or something Tongue
