The smell was only something I noticed a year or two after I'd quit. They don't smell so awful when you're the one smoking them or you're used to it. I don't even vape now.

I wouldn't notice the smell unless someone else pointed it out to me to be honest. Then, once I stopped smoking every time I would occasionally have one, I noticed just how pungent the smell can be. I'm still in the process of attempting to quit smoking altogether but it's a pain in the ass.

To quit, most people just need a valid reason and they can go cold turkey. $7-8/pack added up over a few years and I was tired of my desk looking like an ashtray.

Shit, when I lived in NYC I was paying $10 a pack. Out here now, I pay $3.

It's really hard to stop when everyone around me smokes. And cold turkey is rough man, the mood swings and body aches are rough.

Didn't have any symptoms personally, but I only ever smoked 5-10 a day. Apparently in Australia it's normal for them to cost $25 a pack.

I was anywhere between 8-12 a day, so not that much of a difference. I've been smoking since I was 14 however, so there is more of a dependence aspect to it as well. I practically went through all of puberty with this drug in my system, and let me tell you, my body feels so foreign whenever I don't have a smoke for more than a couple hours(Vape or Cig)
