This was quite the argument between my wife and I. I enter at the end of the tub because I don't want to be met with Hot/Cold water instantly, I like to ease into it. Am I right????

Precisely what I do.

The water temperature may not be to my liking, so I like to adjust It perfectly before hitting the shower head.

I take the shower head off and check if the temperature is right. Then I go in with the shower head in my hand.
