:huh: Who are the biggest cheaters - women or men?

If you would have asked me this question several years ago, I would have screamed men. Now, after seeing how some of my female friends behave, I don't know. I think men and women cheat equally, but for different reasons.

My female friends usually cheat after being cheated on or they can't let go of an ex.

My male friends cheat randomly just for a release.

Well, this is just speaking of personal experience, but generally in my school it tends to be the females. Maybe I am biased or just hear those stories more often. But in general, I imagine in North America it's pretty equal.

Honestly I'd go ahead and say it is more females than anything because as Emerald said I mostly hear stories of girls cheating rather than guys. If you ask me they both cheat quite equally.

Yes, I agree. I think men and women cheat equally, but for various reasons. I don't think women do cheat more than men though because I have heard a lot of men actually cheat on women more than the other way around. I think more men cheat on women, but now it's equal.

I would probably say equally as well. I've heard/read stories about both men and women cheating, but that's just a guess o.0

Can't really say as there is no statistics to support that statement. The best I can give is that it's men and women are on equal footing on this subject. I think that men cheat more when they're married and women cheat more when they are dating.

I would say men. I have known many men who cheated. They seem to be... hornier and more wild. If my boyfriend ever cheated on me, I wouldn't cheat on him back, I would just leave him.

I think it depends. It seems like on a high school level, it is the girls that cheat more. Once people get older though, it always seems like the men do it more. I think both cheat, though, but I never would. And I agree with Kaylah -- I wouldn't cheat to get back at my BF for cheating on me. I would leave him because there's no way I could be with him anymore after that. That's the ultimate betrayal.

As we went into the 21st century, the amount of Femme Fatal's increased even more than they already had over the past years. Now, I am not saying that everyone is, but its a common trait that females through the younger stages of life tend to be a little more "loose". The way I see it, most females either are extremely little attached to a person or they are extremely attached to a certain person. From visual experience, they seem to be in for it because of certain perks they may achieve from it. ( Money, sex, control etc )

Males on the other hand are nowhere perfect themselves either, the amount of males that use their looks to gain something has also increased gravely. Though not as much as with females, at least from my experience. They also seem to do it for other reasons such as reputation, looks etc instead of perks like the females do.

As for which one of them that cheat the most is a decently hard question to answer, as love in general has gotten less and less importance over the years. However, if I would have to chose one, I would say that females tend to cheat more than males, but only a little.
