You have to enjoy it. That's about it. At least from my end there is a LOT of paperwork, so be ready for that. The main goal is to cover the rear of yourself and higher ups to prove that due diligence was taken. It's... surprisingly political.


Back to the newest topic..... hope I'm helping out a little. Place doesn't seem too bad to me. Easy to catch back up so far. I get lost on the bigger boards.
