I buy digispark. I connect the windows auto connect and reconnect.

Have you installed the digispark drivers? Added the Arduino profile link? Installed the board support in arduino? You need to start flashing and THEN plug in the digispark. There's a lot of things that can be going wrong, please provide screenshots or a video

My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#

When I connect, wait 5 seconds it automatically disconnects.

That's supposed to happen, it's the pre-boot environment checking if it's being told to wait and flash. If it's programmed correctly after this it will run your (presumably) key injection.

I reinstall arduino.
