Honestly popcorn is my favorite low calorie snack. Air-popped and salted you get a lot of popcorn for such little calories.

Fat free greek yogurt, good amount of protein, low calorie and tastes good. You can go for the ones with flavour if the plain ones are too sour for you, calories will be a bit higher but still very small.

Eat whatever you want as long as you keep calories under 3000. At your height, you can put it like this 4000 calories=1kg. You need around 2500-3000 calories to function. The rest is just transitioning to fat

What you eat will make it easier or harder to stay in a calorie deficit. Simple carbohydrates will be converted to energy quickly and will leave you hungry quicker. If you've ever had a meal that's mainly noodles or rice and end up hungry two or three hours later, this is why. You want meals that are high in fiber, this usually means incorporating more vegetables into your diet. Adding protein and healthy fats to your diet can also help, despite being calorie dense, they take more effort for the body to break down into usable energy than carbohydrates. This leaves you feeling fuller longer, making it easier to eat less.

TL;DR: Eat more salad with dressing.

Burn more than you intake simple, Dieting doesn't have to be dull and full of rabbit food and misery. Count calories and burn more than you intake.
