Did my money get stolen?

I recently ordered a pair of trittons but then i decided to cancel my order because i wasn't sure if it worked for ps4. So i looked at my paypal see if i got my money back and i didn't, i already submitted a ticket but i haven't been responded, now my question is did my money get stolen? and how can i get it back.

EDIT: STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK AFTER MULTIPLE TICKETS AND EMAILS SENT TO THEM.

It still could go either way depending upon where you ordered from.

Were did you order it from?

If it takes over a week, I would charge back.

Never heard of mate, go into paypal go to like details of the payment should be like open a dispute or something.

Go check your paypal and see if you've been refunded. If you haven't, just chargeback after about 4 days.

Since it is the weekend, and that company is pretty reliable I'd just wait until Monday and they may just credit it back without contact.

He means they'd pay it back w/o contact not saying you paid w/ a CC.
