Diamond my mobile data not connecting to laptop [help]

i am seeing this problem from 1 week .

when i try to connect my mobile net data to win10 , win10 says cannot cann't to this network .

did i done any setting in win10. because i used it before never face problem . i try to change my mobile data password too . that also not helping when i click on connect it simply say cannot coneect to this network.

Help me out.

i also remove the pass of data and than test , than also not connecting man .

there is an option to reset the network..then your lappy will restart...after resetting it, try connecting.

Open the Windows 10 Settings app, and navigate to "Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage Known Networks".

As per my example below, I'm connected to my router. What do you see In yours?

So In other words, you're using your cell phone as a hotspot and want to tether your laptop to It, yes?

I also faced the same problem...only hot spot was not connecting and found no solutions on google..took only 3-5 minutes to reset and then problem was resolved

Have you restarted both your cell phone and laptop, and tried to connect thereafter?

Have you restarted both your cell phone and laptop, and tried to connect thereafter?

yes i restarted both , as i am facing this issue since week...only i can do network reset , but i am scared right now it been 6 day i didnt face any network adapter issue , hope so when i click on reset no new problem i would say....

so you reset the mobile wireless one or pc/laptop one?

Finally problem is fixed now ....

when i reset my mobile network ... and than try to connect in my laptop it connect , problem was coming from mobile.

I reset the network in laptop. Thanks for letting me know
