News was 2 weeks ago but i notice today....

News : Paypal Banned news in india , but but it not completely closing , only Indian to Indian person is closing , international will keep working....if paypal gone was really a shock for me..as i use to receive payment but internationally not Indian..

According to this article, It seems to be a temporary ban.

Even a temporary ban on domestic payments is huge. I wouldn't be surprised if you guys lose access to Google next.

According to this article, It seems to be a temporary ban.

There is nothing mention like temporary or permanent... maybe this news saying like this..."for few months".

Or the search engine itself. A question to ask, is if it's simply for regulation or the greater good?

"Suspended" means to stop/put an end to something temporarily. The duration of "at least a few months", also confirms It's not on a permanent basis.

As @mothered says, only a few months would be temporary. Permanent would mean never.

ive heard that it's only a temporary ban but I can't confirm. It still would suck because paypal the best known method of receiving payment as a currency in places like India.
