Sure, removed videos are not removed from their database. Websites want to get the maximum information about their users, even if some data seem to be deleted just because they gave you the possibility to press a button called "delete"

I'm all in favor of privacy, but it makes sense from a moderation standpoint. Oftentimes when we delete posts here, they're actually soft-deleted for future reference.

i was knowing that my channel can get banned because i got 2 strike , but after that i removed all cracking content. Than how my channel got banned... this thing  i am not able to get it..

Every cracking related video has been removed by me before youtube take action so why account got banned.

True, but as a general rule of thumb, you don't permanently delete something if there's even a slim chance that the decision will be reversed. We often only soft delete items for this reason. I imagine it's exactly the same for youtube, as they have an appeals process. What would be the point of an appeal process if it was common practice to permanently delete all the content from the database?
