Today i got my laptop...

Laptop formated , very function is working ...

Wifi working also but i asked that guy he didnt tell clear but saying it was software issue..not hardware issue.. but for my satisfaction he  opened the laptop and check the part .. now gods know what was real problem .. behind it..

he just installed new window...and same thing happening getting lots of windows...update fuck this shit before rune my laptop...going to disable now...

Today i am very happy...i got it back as original as new laptop...

Yes i disabled it ...but i am in confusion that is that really a software problem or they replace the card... because the guy who repaired it didnt tell me properly,t maybe trying to hide there reputation...so that asus name should not be come in faulty thing...like customer review..haha..but it okay i got my laptop in proper way and no damage seen ..

What did he specifically tell you about the Issue?

Surely he must've given some Indication of how he fixed It.

Surely he must've given some Indication of how he fixed It.

When i asked him , what was the problem , he said directly wifi is working ,....than i told him maybe wire are loose...than i said asked him again what the extract problem , it software issue but for my statisfaction (wire losse ) he opened the laptop and checked that also.. so its mystery now , may be they dont want to tell so that asus brand should not spoiled...because of new laptop..i am not that dumb that i cannot wifi issue... ..god know but i can see it was loose wire i am sure....while shifting and boucing here there laptop wifi get started working...and there is no online report so i can see ... what really it is ...i think he replaced the card ... because he told new wifi card arrived /.. maybe it replace it..

I've been following the thread you've made about your laptop troubles. And it's good to see you've finally resolved them.

Maybe the repair shop is affiliated with Asus in some way. If that's the case, that may be why they avoided telling you what was actually wrong with your WiFi card. Based on what you've told us in your threads it's probably loose soldering in a circut that has to do with the WiFi card.

He's either a bad communicator, or doesn't want to disclose the Issue for business purposes, namely reputation.

yes even i asked next day also what is the problem he also give confuse answer "sir it was software issue , wifi working here .. no problem found , for your satisfaction i also opened your laptop and checked wire" i just laugh nothing else , i dont want to argue with that guy but he was very very friendly too  like us..thanks him nothing else i want now .. i got my laptop in perfect condition nothing else i wont now...hehe..i was much worried for 6 days...

looks like he want to save company feedback nothing else haha.. maybe they are trained not to speak really truth when asus in warranty..

It's odd that the person wouldn't explain how it was fixed. Perhaps he outsourced, or dealt directly with the manufacturer.
