China try to steal vaccine formula. in other word : recipe to make the vaccine

I doubt if the goal of hackers were to steal the vaccine formula. There must be some other ulterior or sinister motive behind it like disrupting vaccine production for example. If reports of investigations are true China have done enough damage to the world in general.
