As everyone know India is suffering from 2nd wave of corona and situation is bad . Recently a tweet was made for biden admistration to remove the ban/uplift a ban from vaccine raw material but biden didnt gave a response to this and igonore it..he says America first .. and usa has that much vaccine that usa can get vaccinated 3 times..after making so much pressure on biden now ban are removed and usa is send all stuff... where other country are offering for help...is appreciable , if trump was there he would help without so much of drama he would have done. because when usa was also suffring from covid wave 1 india helped ...but today usa is step back...as we know they want to make pressure on india to use there vaccine instead of our own made vaccince... after usa news channel make pressure after that only they take decision to remove ban....

I'm a bit confused. I read today that the USA intends to share 60 million Astrazeneca doses globally as soon as it finishes being approved there. I also just read the following:

To help treat COVID-19 patients and protect front-line health workers in India, the United States has identified supplies of therapeutics, rapid diagnostic test kits, ventilators, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that will immediately be made available for India. The United States also is pursuing options to provide oxygen generation and related supplies on an urgent basis.

In addition, I saw that the US blocked the raw materials from getting to India to ensure their own production needs were being met, as you said. However, I also know for a fact that the US has been exporting their vaccines to various nations all over the globe. Actually, I am one of the recipients of their Pfizer vaccine. So, if they're exporting so many vaccines, but claiming they need more raw materials for their own country to make vaccines... Well. I think this is just politics and money. Biden is not anybody's friend, he's a president. His job is to look after his people. I know you like Trump, but he was no different. He was India's friend when it suited his goals to be a friend. This is true of any major politician.

All this aside, I'm aware my own country is sending hundreds of oxygen concentrators among other devices to help India. I hope the UK continues to provide support.

india should also treat everything like business now , the more we give free help , the more our country is struggling , we gifted vaccine to poor country for free....but today our country is in trouble, vaccine shortage..USA and india arent same at all USA = Business/Money where India = humanity first. This is why USA ban raw material , there were other country but time was less ....

Time is to fight with virus not to make money .

Unfortunately, things will get worse before they start to Improve, so the government needs to prepare for further shortages In other commodities.
