if Indian scientific says these thing no one will beilivee in india but , if USA Expert saying everyone have trust on indian vaccine .

GOOD NEWS IS VACCINE CAN BLOCK 2nd mutation also . from 1 may vaccine will be started if i get chance i will take it...because expert say this is nothiing wait for 15 may - 20 may ,case in india will crosss above 6 lakh.

That's good news for India ! I can't even imagine the challenge it should be to provide vaccines for such a huge country.
Although I'm personally not too worried about vaccines efficacy on variants.
Yeah some are much less efficient than others on some variants, but still (much !) better than nothing. And mostly, I believe most vaccines (but even more RNA vaccines) can be adapted in a not-too-long time for newest variants.

Just got my second vaccine of Pfizer today. When people starting talking of the various strains, it seems like there's less information on which vaccines are more efficient overall.

Last time I checked RNA vaccines like yours were still the most efficient. But I don't know if some more recent studies have said otherwise, we have to keep in mind that each original study (when saying 95% efficient etc) was done on some different periods and countries so we can't really compare them

I understand what you're saying, however "a degree of protection" does not "neutralize" the variant of the coronavirus.

He's contradictory with both the above statements. In simple terms, he's claiming It will protect to a certain degree, and then states It will neutralize the virus- stop It from having any effect. Which of the two Is It? It cannot be both.

yes but there is no vaccine that can guarantee for 100% protection . success rate is 78% . still in development .

all vaccine are RNA only , because corno is rna type .best thing is covaxin contain dead corona virus which enter our body than our anti body will surround weak cornona and fight . after taking vaccine everyone will get fever because anti bodies will fight , but USA vaacine are different they block corona spike which is called protien , anti bodies stick on protien than corona cannot enter in lung tissue and there corona keep roming and will died.

pfizer has some disadvantages like these vaccine can be stored in very high cold temperature. .. so difficult to export import ... challenge will be there...

I suppose the reality is that it is literally impossible to "neutralize" any covid variant by vaccine alone. As no one vaccine is 100% effective. While his use of words was a little off, I think he's just trying to say that it will work against the new variant, as it does with others.

yes , he is saying about double mutant what found in India now and now in other country also. first was UK , now india , now in sri lank all are different with different country wtf virus developing ....this is a weapon made by someone...
