Developers and Forum Mods of GTAV mod FiveM banned from all Rockstar games 08-10-2015, 10:38 PM

Last night a post went up on reddit from a forum moderator on the FiveM forum explaining how him, other forum staff, and the FiveM developers all were banned around the same time from accessing social club, which in turn makes it so they can't even open any Rockstar game using the socialclub launcher, which includes singleplayer games like Max Payne.
I would highly recommend you give qaisjp's reddit post a read, as it is really interesting and makes you sort of question rockstars policy.
Anyone who has used FiveM or Citicen:IV in the past knows that you need to login to Social Club in order to launch their online client. To give a brif explanation of what FiveM is to people who haven't used it in the past; it is basically a online client that allows someone who has already purchased the game to hop onto unofficial dedicated servers, which in the future will be used for roleplaying and freeroaming servers alike. One of these are Los Santos Life, which gained some traction earlier the year. I would however not register there as the adminestrator running it doesn't seem to really know what he's doing: leaving things like user inputs "unsanitized" among other things.
I wish the best of luck to the FiveM team, and I am interested to hear what you guys think about it.
Is Rockstar right in their banning of the FiveM team's social club access including singeplayer games that have nothing to do with anything they did, or do you think its wrong?
Let me know.
