I agree but would like to add:

one who has intermediate to advanced spelling/grammar
and
one who knows his/her way around the forum and can assist people when staff are not available

Aspects of an HQ user:
- Intelligent, or at least seems intelligent
- Knows what he/she is talking about
- Utilizes grammar and English correctly
- Takes time to post aesthetically pleasing threads (when needed)
