Denied Award for those who keep improving the forum

After New Award proposal I suggest the creation of a new Special Requirement-based award that will be granted to those who keep improving the forum with useful suggestions and feedbacks.

Hoping this will increase the interest of improving the forum among users.

I always appreciate feedback/ideas, but I prefer it remain entirely voluntary (and unrewarded). People can get pretty pushy with suggestions. I'd imagine that would be even more so with incentives thrown in.
