Are you not listening to me? It was a coincidence. Coincidences happen all the time and people blame it on superstition and call it a miracle.

Jesus' message makes no sense. His message basically is "I love you and will for all sempiternity. But if you do not worship me I will send you to Hell and you will experience an unimaginable amplitude of pain, agony, and suffering, and you will burn for sempiternity".

Religious scriptures are full of mythology and folklore.

All religious scriptures are unreliable sources of proof and evidence for notions - religious scriptures put forward mendacious facts as truth, they are withal archaic.

Religion is superstition.

I believe God as an entity was born out of fear in the early days of human existence. Possibly, there might have been kings or rulers who were given the title of god since he was looking after them and the kingdom. This would have gone down generations who ultimately believed in the presence of god. There is no evidence to prove or disapprove of such a thesis. Science on the other hand is bent on proving that whatever happening in the universe is because of physics and mathematics. But just watch a human embryo evolving into a fully developed human being. Isn't it a miracle and don't you think there is some sort of devine hand in it??

The person making the claim has the burden of providing proof, but absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. The universe is practically infinite and our perceptions are limited, so we can't disprove the existence of a divine being (or unicorns for that matter). I've found that agnosticism is more scientific in its approach, simply because it doesn't claim any certainty. Science tends to only deal with things that are observable, whereas faith does not.
