While browsing every section and finding plenty of HQ posts as well as a lot of LQ post almost every Forum topic and Sub Topic is either dead or dieing.
I have read about the troubles and the copy cats and lots of great threads but as a new member, and as one not to grave dig,I feel rather limited as I do not want to post LQ, or bring up an old issue and be called a troll.
So could someone help out us newbs and clean up some of these or make an archive of them set as read only.

Is looking at the post date such a chore for people? Just wondering.

Most people who gravedig and bump two year old threads tend to not stay that long to demand repercussions. However, others will see that it was recently active and bump it even more, even if the issue isn't relevant or the OP has been long gone.

Personally, I believe that as long as someone has something to contribute to the thread, or the OP doesn't mind, discussion should continue.
