For anybody who didn't get it, the command is just www.websiteoripadd.com:port:tcp/udp/html. that's not hard to understand, I don't get the problems.
Anyhow, this looks like is interfering heavily with explorer.exe functionality. working on Win7 x64. what I mean is not starting at all (explorer).

Okay, I'm new about DoS or DDoS thing, but here what I understand and my questions. :hehe!:

1st, make pastebin.com account as it will be my command center.
2nd, put my command there. eg: www.thisbadsite.com:4343:tcp
3rd, copy n paste the pastebin.com link where I save my "command". (Sure then it'll says "Test complete")
4th, Click Build that will build me a.. server? that where I share the server to my friends to help me take the site down?
5th, What's the setting for the DoS tab? ...and while writing this I realize its not the same function..... :headbash:

6th, SO, HERE'S THE REAL QUESTION. The DDoS tab, the server.exe that were built, is THIS what should I do with it :-
-Share it to my friends to help me take the bad site down.
7th, The CMD window that popup is empty, does that means it's running or just empty like that? Running in background maybe?
8th, The setting for DDoS(connection), should I enable before clicking "Test" or before clicking "Build"?
9th, In the command, eg: www.thissiteisbad.com:9898:tcp, should I ONLY put tcp, or I can put http/udp? Recommend?

well it sounds so easy when you know much about it but for example im a noobie and dont know what the power is nor there is a tutorial with keyword explenation how it works what it does and how to use it. Could you please make a short guide to this
