This could be a binded RAT server, someone download a program and run the setup or whatever is the first .exe you run with the program. The program is called Sandboxie, download it, install, then right click the .exe and hit run sandboxed in default mode. If anything suspicious appears like maybe explorer.exe or firefox.exe or chrome.exe or even svchost.exe, anything out of the ordinary, it's a virus infecting your computer. Someone do this, please, for the sake of safeness. Or you can trust him, and just believe nothing is there.

EDIT: Also i am not saying this is a virus, i am just saying it CAN BE.
