ok so i made the RAT and fowarded the port. once i send it to someone and its downloaded how do i access the target computer ? or does it like automaticly pop up?

That someone needs to run your rat file and then you will get pop up. But you must remeber to crypte your rat because no one will opet some file if antivirus say its virus.

How can I do it with a mobile internet (dongle)? When I put my IP into the browser it doesn't offer me to log into the router.
